It's very simple! Create an account or login to your account. This account will allow you to sell your items as well as to buy them via the platform. Then follow all the steps in the "How does it work to sell" section to sell your items. Be sure to provide accurate and precise information about your items and to respect all standards regarding delivery. 

Souris Mini reviews all ads and reserves the right to remove them if necessary, without any prior notice. Only Souris Mini items are accepted on this platform.

Once your ad is created, we strongly encourage you to share it via your social media. The more it will be seen, the more chances you will have to sell your item quickly!

The platform allows you to sell or buy any second hand Souris Mini item in good condition. The objective is to give another life to the Souris Mini items that have been part of your family history to join another family, and thus make a concrete action for the good of the planet.

To determine the price of the item you wish to sell, it is important to consider its condition and the number of children who have worn/used it. We suggest selling your item at 30% to 50% off the original price if it is in good condition. If you choose the option of delivery by Canada Post, the shipping costs will be added to the buyer's cart according to the items in the cart.

No. You can organize your store according to your image by adding all the Souris Mini products in good condition that you want to sell. As long as the mission of this platform is respected, everyone is happy!

No action is required on your part. As soon as the transaction has been completed by the buyer, the item is automatically removed from the platform. Therefore, the same item cannot be sold twice. Sleep in peace!

Souris Mini reserves the right to remove from the site, without notice, any item (or store) deemed impertinent, fraudulent or not meeting the sales criteria of the platform. A seller who is the subject of a large number of justified complaints may also be banned from the site without notice.

Depending on the buyer's choice, you will have to arrange an appointment to hand over the item in person, or simply send it via Canada Post. If you choose to send the item by mail, the costs will be calculated directly through the platform and a label will be generated for the shipment. You have 5 working days to proceed with the shipment. It is important to carefully pack your item to avoid any mishap. 

Items must be packed in a bag or envelope provided for this purpose. No box is accepted for shipping except for very large packages (more than 10 kg). Souris Mini provides you with shipping bags of different sizes via the network of stores and the online store.

You can refer to this page for the applicable shipping fees. The fees are calculated according to the weight of each item, according to its category, put in the cart for the same seller.

We have taken care to weigh the items for each category of items for you and to establish fair averages. So you don't have to worry about it, everything is calculated automatically!

You should know that all sales made through this platform are paid in Souris Mini gift card.

It is when the buyer confirms that your item has arrived in good condition that your credits will be added to your account, and will be visible on the platform. 

You will be able to claim a Souris Mini gift card at the time of your choice, after a single sale or after several, via your account. When you claim your amount, you will see that it will be bonused by 10% by Souris Mini to thank you for using the platform and contributing to the health of the planet by recycling Souris Mini clothes. The gift card will not expire and can be used both in store and on the online store. It takes up to 3 business days for the gift card to be issued and received by email.

Unfortunately, the platform does not currently have a "vacation" mode. Therefore, we suggest that if you are selling while you are away, you make sure that you are able to notify your buyer of the extra time for delivery by using the platform's messaging system. Otherwise, it might be better to collect your items during your vacation or absence period.

To change the delivery mode (Canada Post and/or pickup in person), you must go to the “Store settings” and click on the drop-down menu “Shipping”.

You will find second hand Souris Mini items for sale. The items are sold by Souris Mini customers. Their items will be delivered directly to your home or hand-delivered, depending on the seller's preference. Create your account and start shopping!

By browsing the site, you select the items you want and add them to your cart. You will then be able to proceed to the payment for each of the stores selling the selected items. It's that simple! 

Please note that the items added to the cart are not reserved. We therefore invite you to proceed quickly to the payment to avoid that the desired item disappears from your cart. If this is the case, it means that the item was unfortunately sold before the transaction was completed.

The charges are calculated automatically according to a pre-determined weight chart, by category of items and by age group. The amount is added to your cart, depending on the items added. To know all the details, we invite you to consult the detailed page.

The seller has 5 business days following the sale to proceed with the shipping of the package by Canada Post. When it is sent, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package in real time. Normally, it will arrive between 2 to 7 business days. You can open an inquiry via the Canada Post website if you have difficulties with the delivery time. 

Please note that the tracking of your package will only be available once Canada Post has received and scanned the package at their facility. For packages deposited in post office boxes, 1 to 2 days are generally required for the information to be available via the tracking number.

Yes, if the seller chooses the "pick up in person" option. If this "pick up in person" option is available for your item, it will be visible in the item's file for the buyer. At this point, you can simply schedule a time to meet with the seller via our online messaging system to hand deliver the item.

Simply because it was sold before you completed payment for your order. Since these are unique items, you have to be quick to make sure you get your hands on them before someone else does!

Please note that items added to the cart are not reserved during your shopping time.

All second hand items are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Once an order is completed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If the item described by the seller does not match the item received at all, we invite you to contact us by email at info@sourisminisecondemain.com. If there is indeed a problem, we will proceed with a refund of your purchase and the seller will not receive their gift card. We will then add a note to the seller's file. Souris Mini will keep a record of the various infractions and it has the right to refuse access to the sale on the platform for this seller. 

But we are sure that this will not happen since mutual help and respect are at the heart of the platform!
